Project Overview
Due to operational difficulties at Platform 16, Signalling alterations were required at Clapham Junction Platform 16 as part of West London Line project
Due to curvature of the track layout on platform 16 at Clapham junction, there were operational difficulties at Platform 16 in dispatching longer trains for which Softech was engaged to look into the Signalling alterations to overcome operational issues.
Signalling Scheme sketch was prepared after Signal sighting review during GRIP stage 3 keeping minimum alterations to Signalling arrangements.
Detailed design was also prepared during GRIP stage 5 for Clapham junction after correlation of existing infrastructure.
