The Challenge For Softech

This project involves comprehensive design work across all disciplines to support the replacement of the existing station building with a new structure. One significant aspect of the project addresses the current at-grade level crossing of the railway line and London Road. This crossing poses challenges to traffic flow due to waiting times and safety concerns, especially for heavy goods vehicles serving industrial uses in the eastern part of Purfleet and local residential movement. The design mandate entails ensuring minimal disruption and no impact on Signal signage sighting for all new infrastructure, including the station building, footover and Roadbridge.
